Clinical Social Worker

Zev Saltiel (they/them) is a registered social worker and community educator based in Tiohtià:ke/Mooniyang (Montréal, QC). Given the role of social workers in colonization, Zev offers sliding-scale spots for Indigenous peoples seeking support.

They operate mainly through an anti-oppressive and social justice lens that is informed by their lived experiences as a queer and trans person and background in community education. Their practice is rooted in humanistic, trauma-informed, harm-reduction and sex-positive approaches.

Zev is passionate about working with and advocating for the trans community. They have experience in supporting adults and adolescents aged 16+, members of the LGBTQ2S+ communities and their loved ones, chronic pain/illness, asylum seekers and refugees.
