Psychotherapist
Verity is a psychotherapist, couple and family therapist, and social worker. She strives to hold a therapeutic space in which clients can nurture a deeper connection with themselves, fostering self-awareness and allowing for meaningful change. Verity’s posture as a clinician is rooted in humanistic, attachment-based, and systemic perspectives. Her approach is integrative, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, psychodynamic concepts, and trauma-informed frameworks.
With master’s degrees in Couple and Family Therapy and Social Work from McGill University, Verity is accredited by the OTSTCFQ and the OPQ. She brings with her a background working in the mental health field within the public healthcare system.
Currently, she welcomes adult clients seeking support, whether individually or within a relational context, including romantic, familial, and other significant relationships.
