Stephanie’s individualized and empathic approach offers a compassionate sounding board to untangle your challenges. She deeply respects and honours your therapeutic trajectory, and draws on various modalities that are catered to your individual experience. Systems theory, cognitive behaviour therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy and the collaborative problem-solving model, inform her daily practice.

Stephanie’s educational background includes an MSW from McGill University, as well as a BA in Women’s Studies from the University of Western Ontario. She has over 12 years working with children, youth and adults in the health and social service and the education sectors. Her areas of expertise include positive parenting, behaviour challenges, life transitions, and grief and loss. Stephanie looks forward to helping you navigate your journey.
