Social Work Intern

Saskia offers a collaborative approach in her practice with individuals and couples, focusing on relational healing, emotional regulation, confidence-building, and mindfulness. She empowers her clients to develop new skills and take practical steps toward their goals by helping them foster a deeper understanding of themselves, their needs and patterns, as well as their strengths and capabilities.

Saskia holds a BSW, and is currently completing her Masters Degree in Social Work at McGill University. She has clinical experience working both independently and within interdisciplinary teams to support individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families, who are experiencing mental health, circumstantial and relational difficulties.

By providing a safe and accepting environment, Saskia helps her clients mitigate the impact of challenging experiences to improve their well-being.
