Sarah Schell Phd (She/Her)

Clinical Psychologist

Sarah is a licensed clinical psychologist and member of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec.  She earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from McGill University and has experience working with diverse populations across various healthcare settings.

Specializing in psychological difficulties related to medical illness, trauma, substance use, and major life transitions, Sarah also assists individuals with anxiety, OCD, and mood disturbances.  Her approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and emotion-focused therapy.

Passionate about fostering growth and resilience, Sarah is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s complexities, promoting psychological wellness, and facilitating change.
