Paul Jozsef, M.A.


As a counsellor, executive coach, and mindfulness trainer, Paul works with clients to help them identify and tackle the obstacles blocking them from enjoying a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life. He works closely with each patient to understand how their past may be influencing their current life, how to make sense of, and derive meaning from life, and how to bolster resilience when faced with future challenging experiences.

Sessions are often conversational in style, during which he takes a non-judgemental, empathic and, at times, challenging approach. He asks questions that help change perspectives, works to challenge thoughts and assumptions, and helps each patient work out what’s really going on in order to find healthier ways to approach life.
