Melina Tomasiello, MA (She/Her)

Doctoral Candidate

Melina is a doctoral candidate in the Counselling Psychology program at McGill University and holds a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. In 2019, she completed a year-long clinical practicum at the Psychoeducational and Counselling Clinic at McGill University, where she worked as an intern with young and older adult clients. She currently works as a doctoral intern at openspace clinic under the supervision of Dr. Mara Riff and Dr. Mina Popliger.

Melina’s clinical interests include mood, anxiety, eating and personality disorders as well as relationship difficulties and couple’s therapy. Melina offers a warm, collaborative, and eclectic therapeutic approach while simultaneously focuses on creating a non-judgmental, and welcoming space for clients.
