Marina has been a wellness practitioner for close to twenty years. Her primary focus is working with professional athletes in the NHL and MLS, specializing in the biomechanics of hockey and soccer. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Athletic Therapy from Concordia University. She is also certified in Naturopathy, Active Release Technique (a patented soft tissue technique that treats muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves), and Osteopathy (under the mentoring of world renowned Guy Voyer, DO, at the Sutherland Academy as well as at Académie d’ostéopathie de Montréal).
Marina utilizes an integrative approach to wellness. She incorporates biomechanics, prevention and treatment of injuries as well as the body-mind connection, using her training as a life coach to augment her practice. Clients are seen for hormonal, digestive, musculoskeletal, and circulatory issues as well as guiding professional athletes beyond their professional careers through retirement.
