Couple and Family Therapist
Kae Parker is a psychotherapist, couple and family therapist and art therapist, licensed with the OPQ and OTSCTFQ. Kae holds Masters degrees in Couple and Family Therapy (McGill University) and Creative Arts Therapy (Concordia University). This allows them to bridge creative and talk therapy tools to suit each unique client constellation when working with individuals, families, couples and other relationship groups seeking support.
Kae works from a client-centered, humanistic, psychodynamic and systemic approach, grounded in understanding and unpacking how different systems interact with and impact our experiences. Kae’s approach is attachment-based, trauma informed, and rooted in anti-oppressive principles. They have experience working with clients across the lifespan, facing a range of mental health challenges and relational difficulties, towards gaining more self-understanding, compassion and personal growth.
