Julia Griffiths, MA (She/Her)
Counsellor
Julia Griffiths is a counsellor and creative arts therapist who welcomes adults and adolescents to her practice.
From habits that feel immovable to difficult relationship dynamics, Julia works to identify parts of your life that both are and are not serving you. Through a creative blend of psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and humanistic approaches, clients can better understand how their early attachment influences current relationships, while learning how their nervous system and its capacity to regulate with life’s stressors impact their choices and mood.
Julia’s fundamental aim is to build a healthy and sustainable relationship with who you are to yourself. Through presence, trust, and a deep care for our humanity, she offers a therapeutic space that allows you to feel your presence- and from there- identify what’s needed to achieve your goals.
