Charlotte is a Creative Arts Therapist who has been working with clients of all ages for the past 6 years. Charlotte received an MA in Creative Arts Therapies (Drama Therapy) from Concordia University in 2016 and is a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Charlotte specializes in treating trauma, PTSD, and eating disorders and has worked in outpatient and residential treatment settings in both Canada and the US. Charlotte takes a trauma-informed approach. She uses a social justice lens and believes that addressing and overcoming shame is an integral part of recovery. Charlotte meets every client with warmth and compassion. Most of all, Charlotte is not afraid to face the multiple parts of you as she accompanies you on your healing journey.
