Caitlin O'Hara, Ph.D.


Caitlin has specialized training in the treatment of eating disorders and their comorbid problems, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and personality disorders. She also works with adolescents and adults presenting with interpersonal difficulties, motivational issues, clinical perfectionism, and struggles with self-esteem. Caitlin holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from McGill University and completed her Ph.D. in Psychology at King’s College London (U.K.). She is a member of the OCCOQ and is currently in the process of completing her application for admission by equivalence to the OPQ.
Warmth, non-judgment, collaboration, and the communication of respect, empathy, and trust are core components of Caitlin’s clinical work. Her approach is integrative and process-oriented, while remaining tailored to her clients’ individual strengths and needs.
