A Montreal based yoga instructor, Amy offers 1 on 1 therapeutic yoga sessions, and small group yoga classes both online and in-clinic.
Amy believes that lived experiences both on and off the yoga mat are what permits growth and a self-awareness to being tuned into your body and mind.
She guides her students on how to move with awareness, tune in to breath patterns, and become mindful and observant of repetitive thoughts.
Amy holds a 500hrRYT certification and is pursuing an 18 month long Therapeutic Yoga Accreditation.
Amy holds an undergraduate degree in Applied Human Sciences from Concordia University. Her passion for wellness, mind and body has led her to become a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer and an ongoing student of Mindfulness Based Training. After having suffered 2 concussions while snowboarding, Amy was drawn to Mindfulness Meditation as a means to help her regain her life. Amy has completed courses in Mindfulness Self Compassion, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Amy continues to delve into the connection of mind and body by furthering her studies both personally and professionally.
